Dux Assist

INTRODUCTION

Workers having difficulties to execute a task, often need expert help. The Dux Assist application allows you to run a remote service desk by briefing an expert with the known information and parameters of the procedure and even live streaming. The assisting expert is also able to “hot load” instructions around the remote worker to bring the task to a successful completion.  

SHARE EXPERT KNOWLEDGE

Dux Assist is the application for experts in your organization. Most Remote Assistance applications are based on simple video streaming between the expert and the worker. Our advanced Remote Assistance application ‘Dux Assist’ does that and much more.  

Workers with questions or issues will reach out to experts using Remote Assistance. These experts can remotely handle the call.  

KNOW YOUR WORKER

Experts will receive the location of the worker, details of the procedure that is being executed and additional useful data (i.e., machine parameters, environment details, job history, …). Having all this information the expert can help the worker much easier. He will also be able to see what the worker sees. Beside video streaming, the worker can be positioned in the 3D-view of this application. 

TRACK YOUR WORKER

The position of the worker related to the environment/machine and the direction he is looking at is very useful information for the expert to give proper instructions.

SEND PROCEDURES REAL-TIME

The expert can send the worker new procedures, manuals and can place 3D-highlights and 3D-markers (arrows, boxes, …) accurately in a 3D-view to guide the worker through the job with ease. 

VISION
